I need to find out about growth and reproduction conditions for
yeast, moulds and bacteria. The info needed is optimum temps, O2
concentration and details on moisture levels, medium for growth
and availability of nutrients. Please help! Thanks.

I can tell you that most fungi can be grown on nutrient agar (a
type of gellatin which contains a food source, usually starch).
Oxygen concentration depends on whether or not the fungus is able
to respire anaerobically. Most yeasts can do this and produce carbon
dioxide and alcohol in the process. I hope the reference above will
