Tip #10
Get a good nights sleep
Its important to ensure that you get a good nights sleep to make
sure that you have sufficient energy and concentration to work at school and at
your homework.
Richard Simon, Jr., MD, Medical Director of the Kathryn Severyns
Dement Sleep Disorders Centre at St. Mary Medical Centre says:
Teenagers require more sleep, by 1 to 2 hours, than do their
younger 9 and 10 year old siblings, yet most teenagers get 1 to 2 hours less.
Teenagers are the sleepiest members of society and this sleepiness is associated
with poor school performance
